Our discovery calls are a complimentary consultation where we connect, explore your vision, and discuss how Cre8ive Studios can thoughtfully support your event. It’s the first step in creating a beautifully curated celebration, tailored to your style and details.
The Art of Thoughtful Planning
YOUR CELEBRATION, PERFECTLY CURATED.
1. YOUR STORY. We love learning about you; how you met, how your planning is going… all the details.
2. YOUR VISION. How do you want your event to look and feel? What are your priorities? How do you want your guests to feel?
3. OUR APPROACH. We’re not just a decor rental company. Sharing what we do and how we can help ensures it’s a good fit both ways.
4. SECURING YOUR DATE. We prepare and send a Rental Agreement. Your date is confirmed and secured with a 50% deposit.
5. SITE VISIT. Together we tour your event space and begin to envision your day.
6. YOUR DECOR. We walk you through our extensive collection and how they can fit into your vision. You make initial decisions and we begin to populate a Pull List (don’t worry, the Pull List is a living document where we can change, add, substitute as we near your big day).
7. WE’RE HERE FOR YOU with decor meeting updates throughout your planning process, PLUS we schedule a final details meeting to review and finalize.
8. SIT BACK and ENJOY your day. We’ve got you.
9. TEAR DOWN + PACK UP. We’re here for this too.
